Absolutely terrible customer service – we originally called as we had no heat kicking on ,they didn’t fix the problem when I called to get them back was told I would have to pay again then they cancelled the time and told me I could wait until midnight for someone to swing by I still have no heat and the house is sitting at 64 or 14 degrees . Then asked a Manager call and not only did he not call he sent an email basically saying the same thing. Don’t use them if you require working heat- they not only won’t repair it properly they treat you poorly when you give them an opportunity to fix the problem you already paid for…. Called Foster and so far a much better experience and they recognized not having heat was an issue and expedited getting a tech here!

BRUTAL Customer service. I have been using 360 for almost 10 years with not too much issue other than they are notoriously slow to respond. 2 years ago I had them install a new heat pump and ductless heads through out my home. There needs to be some service done with them and I Have now called them 5 times to see if there is an option to get Warranty work done. Not a single person has called me back. I have asked for a manager three times and been told they are “too busy to respond”. I can tell you for certain that I won’t be using 360 any longer. Since they were bought out they are BRUTAL
