Our split system unit started leaking when on heat mode. I contacted Vic Air and had an incredibly positive experience from the get go! They were quick to respond to my initial request, gave me a decent quote just based off some photos and were even able to mostly diagnose the problem via photos! They squeezed my job in, in between other jobs as they were fully booked at the time.
I found the tradesperson who came and fixed the leak on a Saturday incredibly helpful and kind, taking the time to explain what he was doing and even servicing both of our split system units whilst he was there. He then recommended when they would be due for a next service to keep them in good working order.
Overall a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Vic Air based on our positive interactions as well as the care and time spent with me explaining what they fixed and how to care for our split syst properly! Thank you!
